What is the UPC?

University - People associated with HKUST.

Parents - Most of the members are parents.

Community - Run by its members, for its members, working together. Most of the work is done by unpaid volunteers.

The UPC's goal is to have the activities it sponsors reflect both the culture in which the university is located and the cultural diversity of the community members.
