About BallroomBees:
BallroomBees classes are high-energy and engaging. Filled with sports activities, creativity and fun.
Children are challenged and stimulated with age-appropriate, high-energy Ballroom based exercises, dance games and choreography. In each class the children will start with warm-up dances and songs and obstacle courses to some of the best music in the world along with the best instructors in Hong Kong- they will learn the principles of some of the most popular ballroom and Latin dances such as cha cha cha, jive and waltz.
MiniBees(Walking - 3yrs) **Adult participation is compulsory**
This is the perfect introduction to movement dance and music. It is an accompanied class where adults and children explore, experience and dance together. Our main goal for this class is to familiarise the children with the BallroomBees class structure and to create confidence and independence by awakening their senses. Gross motor skills and eye-hand coordination exercises are introduced through play base dancing, and the children are presented to the BB famous obstacle course. The change we see in the MiniBees over the course of the classes is truly immense. The confidence and body awareness gained in the BallroomBees class allows the children such freedom and gives them independence, this makes them not only better movers but also better listeners. From chicken dance to the ocean, animals be prepared for more shows and performances by your little budding artist at home.
GrowingBees (3-4 yrs) **Unacompanied**
GrowingBees are indeed growing and they are developing at an enormous pace. During these years children create the first systems and habits for movement, so we build on the experiences they have gained from their life already. Children learn more about how their body moves and how to coordinate movement with music, this is something that has proven to stimulate cognitive development, and it is always amazing to see how they become more comfortable in movement. Etiquette and social skills are introduced with simple play-based exercises, and we get our first taste of actual Ballroom Dancing. Most importantly we always make sure to finish with a dance party.

Note : Trials are applicable only once per student and the enrollment form should be submitted at least 2 days before the trial class.

UPC members will have priority in signing up for courses and guests will be eligible to sign up only after the enrolment deadline for UPC members has expired. The tuition fees for guests of UPC members will be 15% higher than that for UPC members.

If you plan to miss sessions of BallroomBees due to traveling, you may write down the exact dates that you plan to miss on the enrollment form and you will only pay for the dates that you will attend. If the class reaches the maximum required number of students, priority will be given to the students who will attend the Full Term. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate your requests and this will be examined on a case-by-case basis. Note that, later requests for refunds after enrollment will not be accepted.

For registrations after the deadline, placement is not guaranteed.
Enrollment for each class will be placed on a first-come-first-served basis until the enrollment quota is FULL.
